What We Cater

One cart. Four very different rooms.

A shift-change safety meeting in Artesia and a reception in Ruidoso need different things from a coffee bar. We build the package around the room, not the other way around.

Corporate & Employee Events

From oilfield company appreciation days and safety-meeting breakfasts to office openings, board retreats, church gatherings, and holiday parties — a premium on-site coffee service that makes your crew and your guests feel genuinely taken care of.

Appreciation days · Safety meetings · Office openings · Holiday parties

Brand Activations

Grand openings, dealership events, model home unveilings, and retail promotions. A branded cart parked out front pulls people in, holds them for the length of a latte, and puts your logo in every hand and every photo.

Grand openings · Ribbon cuttings · Open houses · Promotions

Conferences, Expos & Festivals

Built for trade shows, chamber events, campus conferences, and New Mexico's festival season. A coffee bar at your booth drives foot traffic, gives attendees a reason to linger, and keeps a long agenda moving. We've poured at Roswell High School cheer competitions and street festivals — all-day events where the line never really stops.

Trade shows · Chamber events · School & spirit events · Festival booths

Weddings & Celebrations

Receptions, quinceañeras, bridal and baby showers, graduations, and anniversaries. A full-service bar that gives guests something to do between dinner and the dance floor — and keeps the late crowd on their feet.

Receptions · Quinceañeras · Showers · Graduations

Our Equipment

Two carts, so the venue never decides for you.

Most coffee caterers own one cart and hope your doorway cooperates. We run two, and we'll tell you up front which one fits your space.

The full bar cart

Our larger cart — striped awning, full counter, room for two baristas to work a line without bumping elbows. Built for outdoor events, parking lots, festivals, and big open venues.

Outdoor & large venues · Needs double-door access to go inside

The compact espresso bar

A low-profile bar built to go anywhere the big cart can't — school gyms and hallways, office lobbies, church halls, conference rooms. Same Rocket espresso machine, same full syrup rail, and the front panels are swappable, so your event's branding goes on the face of the bar.

Indoor venues · Clears a standard doorway · Swappable front panels

The Experience

More than coffee in a to-go cup.

Four things we build into every event, at no extra thought required from you.

The Cart

A bar that belongs in the room

Your coffee bar is usually the first thing guests walk toward. Ours is built to either carry your branding loud or disappear cleanly into a venue's own design — a piece that sets the tone before a single drink is poured.

Custom Cups

Your logo in every hand

A printed cup does more than hold a drink. Designed with your marketing team or by us, custom sleeves and cups turn every guest into a walking, photographed ambassador for your brand or your big day.

Latte Art
A hot latte with poured foam art on the Hot Bev cart counter

Foam branding & stencils

Your logo, a monogram, or a Zia sun on top of the foam. It stops people, it gets photographed, and it's usually the detail guests bring up first when they talk about the event afterward.

Signature Drinks

A drink that only exists at your event

A signature cocktail is expected. A signature coffee isn't. We'll build and name a drink for you — a piñón latte, a green chile mocha, an espresso martini bar, or an affogato station — and put it on the menu board.

How It Works

Five steps from first call to last cup.

Booking a coffee cart shouldn't take more effort than booking the venue. Here's the whole process.

Tell us about the event

Date, location, guest count, and how long you need us pouring. Two minutes on the form below or a phone call — whichever is faster for you.

Get a flat quote

We come back with a written quote based on guest count, service hours, and drive distance. One number, itemized. No per-cup counting and no surprise line items on the invoice.

Build the menu

We settle the drink list, milk and syrup options, signature drink, and any cup or foam branding. Send us your logo and we handle the artwork.

We set up before guests arrive

The cart arrives roughly an hour ahead, fully self-contained. We need a standard outlet and about an 8 × 6 ft footprint. Tell us whether we're going inside and we'll bring the cart that fits your doors.

Serve, break down, leave it clean

Our baristas pour for the contracted window, then break down and pack out. You get the space back exactly how we found it.

Common Questions

Before you call.

How far in advance should we book?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. Wedding season and the fall festival stretch fill up faster, so if you have a Saturday date in mind, get on the calendar early. Short-notice requests are worth a call — we can often make them work.

What do you need from our venue?

A standard 110V outlet within reach and roughly an 8 × 6 ft footprint on a level surface. Indoor or covered outdoor is ideal. If you're at an outdoor site with no power, tell us up front and we'll bring a generator.

Will the cart fit inside our venue?

Depends which cart, and that's why we run two. The large cart needs double-door access to get indoors. The compact cart clears a standard doorway, so lobbies, halls, and conference rooms are no problem. Tell us the venue when you request a quote and we'll confirm before booking — measuring your door is our job, not yours.

How is pricing calculated?

Mobile cart packages start at $400. From there it's a flat quote based on guest count, how many hours you need service, and drive distance. Custom cups, foam branding, and extended hours are separate line items you can see before you sign. We don't charge per cup, and guests never pay at the cart.

How many drinks can you serve per hour?

One barista comfortably handles a steady line; we add a second when the guest count or the timeline calls for it. Tell us the headcount and how tight the window is and we'll staff it so nobody stands in line more than a couple of minutes.

Do you serve anything besides coffee?

Yes — and it's a real advantage over a straight espresso cart. Lotus and Red Bull energy drinks, smoothies, protein shakes, refreshers, lemonades, and kids' steamers all come off the same cart. Nobody at your event gets left out.

Can you match our branding?

Custom printed cups and sleeves, foam-stencil latte art, cart signage, and a menu board in your colors. Send a logo file and our team handles the artwork. For weddings we'll match your invitation suite.

Do you offer take-home favors?

We do. Small bags of beans roasted at our Roswell roastery with a custom label — a popular wedding favor and a strong conference giveaway. Order those with your booking so we can roast fresh for the date.
