The Hot Bev didn't start in a corporate boardroom. It started with an idea, a brand, and us taking over a small yogurt shop knowing absolutely nothing about coffee.

We dove in headfirst in faith, driven by one simple goal: serving our community. We spent those early days learning the trade, listening to our neighbors, and growing from that first single location. Along the way, we didn't just learn how to make a great latte — we perfected a business model built on quality and connection.

We eventually took things to the next level by sourcing and roasting our own beans under NM Roasting Co. Now, we're proud to offer that same "Farm to Cup" quality to everyone — whether you're grabbing a drink at our shop, serving our coffee in your own business, or taking a bag home to brew.

We've always been grassroots at heart. We've loved helping other local pop-ups grow their businesses alongside ours because, for us, it's always been about more than just caffeine. It's about building a community.
